Container Info:

This information function provides general container tracking information. To find the status of a certain container, you have to fill in the container number (check digit included) and click on “OK” or press <enter>. After a few seconds, a result screen will be shown on which the container status is explained and visualized.

Vessel Info:

This function gives you an overview of arrivals and departures of the vessels. At the top of the screen, you will find a listbox with all possible terminals. Select one terminal or *all*and click on “OK” or press <enter>. A result screen will follow with a list of vessels and their status. Data will be available 1 month before arrival and 2 days after departure.

The following data will be shown:
- Home Port = The port to/from which the corresponding vessel sails
- Terminal = The terminal or quay number to/from which the corresponding vessel sails
- Vessel = The full vessel name
- Voyage In = Arrival date/time
- Voyage Out = Sailing date/time
- Status = Expected / Sailed / Active
- Date/Time = Only used when status is ‘active’

Tracing:

Tracing provides shipping agents with container handling overview and details.
Because of the customer related nature of the data, a user login name and password are required. Immediately after clicking on “Tracing”, a login window will appear. There you fill in your personal user name and password and click on “OK”. You will always have to fill in your password the first time you enter “Tracing” or “Codes” after opening the website.
When Tracing opens, a fill in box will be shown (similar to “Container Info”). Fill in the container number (check digit inclusive) and click on “OK”. After a few seconds, a container handling overview will be shown. The list is sorted by date and time with the most recent handling on top.

Following data will be shown:

- “SPC” = special (logistic) handling

These special handling types are further specified in “Hdl.Subtp.” and are also links to further detail information. If you click on the handling code, a second list will appear below with extra handling and container information. (see also Handling Detail Information).
